Worklog360 let you gather data from worklogs for yourself or others, such as your team, department, or even your whole company. You can use reports to gain insight into your business and share your data. By applying filters and different grouping, you can display the results the way you want, and then save the report and insight so that it takes one click to run it again whenever you need it. You can also export your report data for later use.
-
Viewing worklogs for your team members in Worklog360 requires the View Worklogs and Browse Projects permissions. To see worklogs for other users in a project, you need to have the View All Worklogs permission within JIRA.
There are three main time reports that you can use to get insight on how time is spent.
-
Timesheet reports provide a quick overview of the time spent on different Jira items. You can create reports for multiple teams, projects, accounts, users, and issues - and you can group your results by issue, user, epic, project. For even more grouping and granular reporting we recommend the Time Explorer(see below)
-
Time Explorer - Much granular reporting. View team worklogs, pick columns, group data, save your personal layout and then export to Excel
-
Utilization Reporting - percentage of an employee’s available working hours that are spent on work and its distribution across projects or accounts.
-
Project Budgeting Reporting - Overview of all your project budgets and their progress
-
Estimated vs Spent Hours and Pace - Overview Jira issues progress
-
Project Financials - Overview of the Jira Project billable amount (potential project revenue) for a given period
-
Worklogs Budget Administration - Manage all worklogs billable rates and to which budget they belong.
