The billable rate (sometimes called “bill rate”) is how much a client pays for an hour of work. The billable rate is based on billable hours. That is, when you invoice the client for 100 hours of work, how much do you charge for those hours
Worklog360 Billable rates can be set for your whole Jira instance, project level or project team member. The highest priority has the project team member. Meaning when people log time, timesclae will check what billable rates are set for your instance. First will check if there is a project user billable rate exist and will use it, then if such is not set it will check if there is a project level billable rate and use it and if such is also not set will check if there is a billable rate on global level.
Based on that billable rate the money amount on worklog level will be calculated.
Billable rates and money amount are only set and calculated for newly created worklogs. If you need to adjust/change them for already created worklogs you would need to use the time explorer - bulk edit for that.
